COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a busy, high-volume restaurant in Cheltenham. You will lead a fast-paced team, own daily operations and drive service excellence to deliver strong performance and guest satisfaction.

Are you an experienced General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment? We're working with an established and growing food-led brand, looking for an exceptional leader to take ownership of a busy restaurant in Cheltenham.

This is an opportunity to join a business that is focused on strengthening its restaurant teams, developing its people and delivering consistently high standards across food, service and operations.

You’ll be an experienced General Manager with a proven background in high-volume hospitality, QSR, fast casual, grab & go, café or food-to-go environments.

Your responsibilities as a General Manager will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing restaurant team.
• Creating a culture focused on people, food quality and operational excellence.
• Taking full ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation.
• Driving sales, profitability, labour performance and key operational KPIs.
• Managing all financial controls, stock, waste, food safety and compliance.
• Recruiting, developing and retaining top talent, while building a strong succession pipeline.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining consistently high service standards.
• Working closely with your Area Manager and wider support team to deliver business objectives.
• Being a visible, hands-on leader who is comfortable getting involved during busy services.
