Brunning and Price is seeking a warm, charismatic Pub Manager to lead The Old Courthouse in Cheltenham. You’ll run the pub with independence, curate bar products, work with the kitchen to create seasonal menus and design events that drive the business.

You’ll thrive on building a loyal team, training staff, and delivering memorable customer experiences in a historic building, with uncapped earnings via profit share and a strong rewards package.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in busy hospitality venues with a track record of growing sales.
• Knowledge of food and drink, with passion for beer and wine.
• Commercially minded and financially astute, able to manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a friendly, ambitious team and drive the pub forwards.
• Plan events and run the pub as if it were your own.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to design seasonal menus.
