Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Account Director to strengthen strategic partnerships with Tier 1 channel partners and enterprise customers and help them achieve outstanding sales growth. As our Account Director you’ll collaborate with client sales teams, leadership, and C-level contacts to showcase how we think differently, delight our clients, and grow awareness of our innovative approach. You’ll oversee and enhance key partnerships, ensure excellence in service delivery, and drive long-term business growth through exceptional networking and strategic vision.

A Glimpse into your day:

  • Hunt & Nurture: Identify and develop new relationships with target organisation, engaging prospects with a compelling value proposition that converts opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Communicate with Impact: Clearly articulate our value proposition to C-level stakeholders, creating excitement around our solutions.
  • Qualify & Prioritise: Focus on the right opportunities that align with our strategy, ensuring your efforts drive meaningful results.
  • Champion Customers & Relationships: Build strong partnerships, ensure alignment, and resolve challenges to drive flawless collaboration.
  • Own the Process: Manage your pipeline with precision, forecast accurately, hit key performance targets, and champion customer needs to drive seamless execution.
  • Collaborate to Win: Partner with our pre-sales team to craft tailored, credible technical solutions, and gain "trusted advisor" status.
  • Engage in Person: Build your presence with on-site customer engagement to strengthen relationships.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a Telecoms, Data Centre, or IT service environment.
  • A track record of building strong relationships with enterprise customers, VARs, MSPs, and distributors.
  • A solid understanding of WAN solutions (MPLS, SD-WAN, VPNs, Ethernet), LAN, Wi-Fi, and market trends.
  • Coaching and development skills to guide and coach teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Analytical Skills, and the ability to spot trends, refine strategies, and exceed KPIs.
  • Customer focused approach to translate technical solutions into business value while building lasting relationships.
