Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Change and Release Analyst to support day-to-day ITIL change management activities and assist the Change Enablement Lead Analyst. You will help ensure changes are processed accurately, coordinated across teams, and released with minimal disruption to IT services.

Responsibilities include logging and prioritizing requests, maintaining schedules, preparing CAB materials, and chairing CAB meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL-based change management processes is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Log, categorize, and prioritize change requests in accordance with ITIL change management processes.
• Assist in the assessment of change requests by gathering information and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ensure all change documentation is complete and compliant with standards.
• Work with requestors to ensure changes progress within planned timescales.
• Coordinate change schedules and communicate details to impacted teams.
• Maintain a Forward Schedule of Change to manage clashes.
• Prepare materials for CAB meetings and change records.
• Chair weekly CABs and Ad‑Hoc Emergency Boards.
• Track change progress and update ITSM systems; escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of change activities and outcomes.
• Support process performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Respond to queries from IT teams and business users about change processes.
• Identify and document risks related to changes and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with Release and Environments teams for coordinated delivery.
• Follow established policies and contribute to process improvements.
