Sysco International is hiring an experienced IT Change Analyst to oversee the IT change lifecycle, ensuring changes are implemented effectively with minimal risk. The role involves risk analysis, CAB facilitation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve change success rates and IT service delivery.

The position requires at least six years in IT Change Management or Change Enablement, with ITIL expertise and a cloud certification being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Change Management or Change Enablement.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, especially Change Enablement and Release/Deployment Management.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and impact analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT change lifecycle, governance and risk impact analysis.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with service owners and technical teams to improve change success rates.
• Support Change Enablement, Release and Deployment Management practices for IT services.
