Job summary

DTCC in London is seeking an experienced Change & Release Manager to lead end-to-end governance of IAM changes and releases. You will work with engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, low-risk deployments.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, 7+ years in IT Change and Release Management, and hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as PAM, Vault, PKI/Certificate Management, AD, ARC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT Change and Release Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Change, Release, and Incident Management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Change Requests and Releases in IAM.
• Coordinate release schedules, maintenance windows, and production deployments.
• Act as liaison across engineering, ops, security, and business stakeholders.
• Present changes at CAB meetings with plans, risks and rollback procedures.
• Maintain audit-ready records and post-implementation reviews.
