RS Group is recruiting an experienced Change Manager to drive the adoption of major transformation initiatives across Group Product & Supply Chain. You will lead the people side of change, coordinating with programme teams, leaders and stakeholders to embed new processes, data capabilities and ways of working into daily operations.

You will champion business readiness, deliver change interventions and roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximise benefits.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering organisational change within large-scale transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience developing and executing change management, communication, and adoption plans.
• Ability to assess business readiness and support deployment/go-live activities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience in Product, Supply Chain or Operations functions is advantageous.
• Relevant change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management activities across Group Product & Supply Chain transformation programmes.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify stakeholder impacts and adoption challenges.
• Develop and execute change management plans including engagement, communication, training and adoption strategies.
• Build relationships with leaders, process owners and operational teams as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver engaging communications and stakeholder engagement activities to explain purpose, benefits, and impact of change.
• Coordinate training needs analysis and support development of learning materials for new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Lead business readiness and deployment activities to prepare teams for go-live.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes, identifying additional interventions to maximise programme benefits.
• Minimise disruption during implementation and ensure smooth embedding into day-to-day operations.
