RS UK & Ireland is seeking a Change Manager to partner with senior Finance leaders, driving the people side of transformation across the function in a hybrid setup with London, Corby or Manchester offices. You will shape change strategies, coach stakeholders, build sponsorship and engagement, and ensure the adoption of new ways of working to deliver lasting business impact.

Formación

• Experience leading the people side of large-scale transformation programmes within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to unite teams around a common goal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the people and leadership aspects of major transformation initiatives within the Finance function.
• Partner with senior leaders to build sponsorship and drive engagement across the organisation.
• Develop and execute change strategies aligning business objectives with colleague experience and performance outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels, providing coaching to navigate change confidently.
• Create and lead stakeholder engagement, communication and readiness plans to drive understanding and action.
• Use data and feedback to assess change effectiveness and continuously improve adoption.
