Job summary

RS Group is seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a portfolio of complex, globally connected transformation initiatives shaping Product & Supply Chain at RS Group. The role guides a team of project managers across a major business transformation programme, ensuring deliverables, plans and visibility for the P&SC leadership team.

You will coordinate cross-functional work, influence senior stakeholders and navigate a global environment to translate strategy into tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex Change/Transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate matrixed organisations.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of Product & Supply Chain activities across the P&O E programme.
• Develop delivery roadmaps, milestones and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Lead a team of project managers and maintain programme visibility at leadership level.
• Shape data transformation directions and liaise with Global Data Owners.
• Align programme priorities with broader transformation portfolio and report progress.
