Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Head of Change Management to lead the people side of its global GSBS transformation. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA readiness, stakeholder engagement, and building a best-in-class change function across multi-country ERP initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, drive adoption, and establish governance to realise tangible benefits at scale in a hybrid work setup across Stockport and UK offices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale global Finance, Shared Services and ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in SAP/SAP S/4HANA and Oracle with driving readiness and adoption.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and senior leadership influencing skills.
• Proven track record of delivering change across multi-country environments.
• Experience building a high-performing change capability and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the GSBS change strategy, aligning with the Group Change agenda and embedding the RS SHIFT framework across transformation programmes.
• Lead change management for major global transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and Process & Operational Excellence programmes, ensuring adoption and benefits realisation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and engagement across all levels.
• Drive organisational readiness through communication, training, stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.
• Lead and develop the change management capability, establishing governance and measuring success.
