Qualifications

• Experience in engagement, communications, change, transformation or related environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into clear messages for colleagues.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand upcoming changes and the people affected.
• Create engagement and communication plans.
• Turn project information into simple, engaging colleague messages.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications.
• Produce briefings, FAQs, presentations and supporting content.
• Organise workshops, roadshows, webinars, demos and drop-in sessions.
• Build relationships across frontline and operations teams.
• Gather feedback before and after implementation.
• Identify where further communication or engagement is needed.
