Job summary

Bauer Media Group seeks a Senior Transformation and Change Communications Lead to drive group-wide change communications, engage senior stakeholders, and embed a modern digital and AI-enabled communications approach. The role spans strategy, content, governance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead planning for transformation initiatives, measure impact against KPIs, and help shape a federated communications model across Europe. Hybrid working in the UK is available.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Business fluent in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in transformation programmes in global matrix organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and agile environments.
• Experience applying AI to communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy and planning for change initiatives.
• Develop content to explain transformation and its impact.
• Drive behavioural change to adopt change.
• Coordinate roadmaps with business partners for early adoption and local relevance.
• Identify risks and opportunities and report to stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and report to the Communications Committee.
• Advise on federated communications operating model and governance.
• Collaborate across print, digital, audio and social media to protect corporate reputation.
