Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland in Warrington, UK, is seeking a Change Manager to guide teams through digital transformation and ensure adoption of new ways of working. Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, customer transformation or recognised change approaches such as ADKAR would be useful but isn’t essential.

You’ll work with teams across the business to understand what is changing, what it means for our people and what needs to happen to make new ways of working successful in practice.
