Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Business Engagement Manager to help tell the story of how our transformation is changing the customer experience. You’ll connect transformation programmes with colleagues, turning project information into clear, engaging messages and helping them understand what changes mean in practice.

You will work with Internal Communications to produce briefings, FAQs, presentations and workshops, build relationships across frontline teams and gather feedback to guide further

Qualifications

• Experience within an engagement, communications, change, transformation or a related environment.
• Strong communicator who can take complicated information and make it simple and relevant.
• Enjoy talking to colleagues across the business to understand what matters.
• Experience with digital transformation, Salesforce or AI is useful but not essential.
• Understanding of effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Understanding upcoming changes and the people affected by them.
• Helping create engagement and communication plans.
• Turning detailed project information into simple, compelling colleague messages.
• Working closely with Internal Communications.
• Producing briefings, FAQs, presentations and supporting content.
• Organising workshops, roadshows, webinars, demonstrations and drop-in sessions.
• Building relationships across frontline and operational teams.
• Listening to colleague questions, concerns and ideas.
• Supporting local change champions.
• Helping colleagues understand what new technology and processes mean in practice.
• Gathering feedback before and after implementation.
• Helping identify where further communication or engagement is needed.
