Qualifications

• Experience supporting people through business, digital or technology change.
• Understanding transformation isn’t just about implementing a new system; it’s about helping people understand why things are changing and how to succeed.
• Experience with Salesforce, customer transformation or recognised change approaches such as ADKAR would be useful but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Understanding how transformation will affect different teams and roles.
• Completing practical change impact assessments.
• Developing and coordinating change plans.
• Working with frontline and operational teams to understand their needs.
• Supporting stakeholder workshops and engagement.
• Helping make change understandable and relevant for colleagues.
• Identifying training and knowledge requirements.
• Working with Learning & Development and subject-matter experts.
• Supporting business readiness ahead of new releases and implementations.
• Helping coordinate go-live activity.
• Gathering feedback and identifying where more support is needed.
• Supporting adoption once new ways of working are introduced.
• Helping projects understand whether change is landing as intended.
