Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a strategic People Capability Partner based in Huntingdon with hybrid working and occasional travel across the Anglian Water region. This is a 1-year secondment (fixed term contract) for a full-time role, with flexibility for part-time.

You’ll design and embed capability solutions, use data and Workday to inform workforce decisions, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen workforce readiness aligned to AMP8 ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development, workforce planning, capability, or people-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence using workforce data and insights.
• Experience with HR systems and digital platforms such as Workday.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a delivery-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed the Organisation's Capability Framework.
• Use workforce data and analytics to identify capability gaps and inform decisions.
• Maintain and govern the organisation's skills taxonomy and capability models.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen capability planning and workforce readiness.
• Leverage digital tools, including Workday, to improve capability management and insights.
• Lead and support capability-related projects driving organisational improvement.
• Support delivery of strategic workforce and capability initiatives.
