The Business Process Outsourcing team acts as an extension of our clients’ finance teams, supporting their bookkeeping and compliance needs. We ensure that our clients’ reporting is timely and accurate, forming a solid basis for fulfilling tax and reporting obligations, which benefits society.

A look into the role

As a Business Process Outsourcing - Business Development Manager within our CFO Solutions Team, you will support business growth by identifying and converting outsourcing opportunities. You will build an internal and external network to establish a pipeline of business and manage the proposal cycle from start to finish.

You will additionally be responsible for:

  • Building your network and relationships with key BD individuals within the firm, such as sector teams
  • Collaborating closely with our GT India colleagues
  • Leading client relationships through the proposal process
  • Supporting account management to enable measurable growth with key targets and clients
  • Generating ideas for thought leadership and creating BPO brochures for external use
  • Maintaining proposal templates and up-to-date credentials lists
  • Educating teams across GT about our BPO offerings and developing strong cross-line-of-service relationships

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Business Process Outsourcing Associate Director, the minimum criteria you’ll need are:

  • Experience in outsourcing
  • Excellent communication skills to manage client and delivery team relationships
  • Experience managing internal systems for business analytics and management
  • Proven ability to build key client and internal relationships to support growth
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence decision-makers at senior levels
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures
  • A proactive, can-do attitude

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • A professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, CIPFA)
  • Experience in managing, coaching, or developing teams
  • Successful sales and business development experience
