Are you passionate about quality assurance, training development, and continuous improvement? Join Inizio Engage as a Coordinator, Project Training and Quality to support our Medical Affairs team and make a meaningful impact on patient experiences through excellence in medical information delivery.

What You will Do:

As a key member of our Training and Quality team, you will:

  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to enhance training initiatives and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, SOPs, and refresher programs tailored to project needs.
  • Monitor quality and compliance, conduct audits, and provide constructive coaching.
  • Coordinate and lead QA calibration sessions, compile and analyze performance data, and support continuous process improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on client programs and maintain training documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with Amgen programs highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
