Join an Innovative Company as a Quality Assistant Manager!

As they continue to expand, they're looking for a passionate Assistant Quality Manager to join their team, helping to maintain their high standards of service, quality and care.

The Role

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
2. Location: Fully remote with occasional travel for meetings
3. Equipment: Computer provided; you'll need a reliable internet connection and a comfortable home office setup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and Inspire: Mentor and support a team of Quality Analysts, conducting monthly 1:1s to help them reach their full potential.
2. Team Scheduling: Oversee daily work schedules, manage weekend coverage, and handle overtime when necessary.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure top-tier service is delivered consistently, monitor carrier performance, and address discrepancies proactively.
4. Escalation Management: Serve as the key contact for escalations, driving effective solutions with a hands-on approach.
5. Operational Support: Assist the Senior Manager with escalations, projects, and reporting as needed.
6. Inbox Management: Prioritise and manage tasks in the internal Outlook inbox, addressing urgent issues promptly.
