Job Purpose
Ensure IWFM Academy products and services meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. Work with stakeholders to monitor learner data, enhance the learner experience, and manage relationships with Awarding Organisations to improve quality. Maintain knowledge of delivery and assessment standards to deliver industry-leading practice.
