Job Purpose

To ensure IWFM Academy products and services meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. You will work with stakeholders to monitor learner data, enhance the learner experience, and manage relationships with Awarding Organisations to improve quality. The role requires a quality-driven and commercial person responsible for training and assessment standards and compliance across IWFM Academy products. The postholder will maintain knowledge of delivery and assessment standards to deliver industry-leading practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and embed quality standards across IWFM Academy products and services
  • Implement the quality management plan to ensure efficient delivery meeting industry standards
  • Manage external relationships with Awarding Organisations
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and visits
  • Manage relationships with Tutors, Assessors, and IQAs
  • Drive standardisation and CPD
  • Update policies and procedures in line with regulations
  • Approve Trainers, Tutors, and Assessors
  • Create and implement quality assurance processes
  • Coordinate new product transitions and business activities
  • Lead Tailored Course Approval service
  • Develop reports to monitor learner progress
  • Improve learner completion rates
  • Maintain CPD for latest developments
  • Align with IWFM values and behaviours

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of training standards and compliance
  • Understanding of adult learning principles
  • Knowledge of Awarding organisation processes
  • Assessment standards expertise
