Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is recruiting a CCTV Control Room Operator to work at our prestigious client site. You will deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to clients and service users, and support incident investigations and reporting.

The role requires fluent English, PSA Licence - Security Guarding, and at least 6 months’ experience in the security industry. You should be able to work alone or as part of a team, and adeptly use IT systems and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent IT skills and ability to use computer software packages.
• Ability to take initiative to resolve issues proactively.
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigating site incidents and compile concise, detailed reports.
• Analyse situations, make quick decisions and escalate as needed.
• Maintain, update and retrieve data on client systems.
• Uphold high attention to detail and follow standard operating procedures.
• Support the Management team with administration tasks.
• Communicate effectively within the team to solve problems.
• Monitor health, safety and welfare across the client portfolio.
• Ensure familiarity with procedures and information security requirements.
