Qualifications

• Skills & good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to operate in a pressurised environment.
• Excellent time management.

• Demonstrable proactive and professional approach to security.
• Ability to work under own initiative and also as a member of a team.
• Experience in working within a team as well as on your own – essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and policy.
• CCTV SIA Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the response of teams to incidents reported into the control room.
• Ensure critical alarms are actioned in a timely manner.
• Maintain security by using available technology and recording results.
• Report incidents and escalate to Emergency Services when needed.
• Assist in preventing unauthorised access/egress.
• Maintain procedures for removal of goods and access controls.
• Conduct CCTV patrols and keep the patrol book up to date.
• Ensure compliance with site policies and procedures and data protection guidelines.
