Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSEs at grade C or above.
• Excellent IT knowledge and proficiency with MS Office 365.
• Experience in incident management/command and control operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage site alarm activations and CCTV verification; escalate as required.
• Respond to requests via Facilities Management Helpdesk and QSE Hotline.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and evidential information.
• Contribute to incident management and security/service desk activities.
