Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a CCTV Controller for the SouthGate Bath Shopping Centre. You will monitor CCTV, coordinate security resources, and manage incidents to maintain safety for visitors, retailers and staff.

The role requires attention to detail, calm decision-making, and effective communication with security teams and management. SIA CCTV license and related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• SIA CCTV license or equivalent required.
• ACT Awareness certification recommended.
• SCaN for CCTV Operators preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems to ensure site safety.
• Coordinate security resources and incidents.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with officers, retailers, emergency services and management.
• Assist in emergency procedures and incident escalation.
