Job summary

UK Mission Enterprise Limited (UKME) is recruiting a Control Room Operator to monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and manage access control for staff and visitors. The role requires a valid SIA CCTV licence and strong IT skills.

The successful candidate will work within a 24/7 client service framework across the United Kingdom. Responsibilities include incident reporting, adherence to health and safety policies, and collaboration with team members to ensure high-quality security services for VIP

Qualifications

• Experience in a security capacity, e.g. control room or CCTV operations.
• Experience in CCTV-based security surveillance.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and respond to security breaches in the estate.
• Accurately document incidents following procedures.
• Manage issuance of security keys and passes for staff/visitors.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to deliver services.
• Provide coverage during absences and support management requests.
