A regional healthcare provider in Greater London seeks a motivated Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or CBT Therapist for its Diabetes Psychology Team. The role involves delivering psychological interventions to improve care for patients with Type 2 diabetes, particularly those facing engagement challenges. Applicants must possess relevant post-graduate qualifications and experience in health psychology. This part-time position (30 hours/week) is ideal for those looking to enhance their clinical skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or CBT Therapist to join our dynamic Diabetes Psychology Team (30 hours per week).
If you are an enthusiastic and motivated clinician with experience in working with people with diabetes or Long-Term Conditions (LTC), and you are passionate about delivering evidence-based psychological interventions and service development, we encourage you to apply.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills within a multidisciplinary team and be involved in a key service development project. Regular supervision will be provided.

It will also involve wider outreach in the community and skilling up primary care staff to improve effectiveness of patient contact.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team with disciplines including Endocrinology, Nursing, Psychology, Dietetics, and Diabetes Lay Educators and the wider primary care team.
