Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 22.5 hours per week and 43.8 weeks per year. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly while delivering exceptional food experiences for pupils and staff.

You'll lead catering teams, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and uphold Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of catering experience.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and maintain service standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Monitor KPIs and targets with your line manager.
• Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
