Job summary

West Monmouthshire Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic Catering Supervisor to lead the club kitchen, delivering safe, efficient and high-quality catering for members, visitors and guests.

You will coordinate services for breakfasts, lunches and events, supervise staff, maintain HACCP standards and work with Bar Manager and Event Coordinator to meet busy event demands while upholding excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering within a busy hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is desirable.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage rosters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Club kitchen.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Supervise kitchen staff and manage weekly rotas.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and allergen controls.
• Coordinate catering for events and societies.
• Support stock control, ordering and monthly stocktakes.
