Job summary

East Riding Leisure Goole is recruiting 2 x 37-hour Catering Supervisors to join our catering team at the new ERL Goole facility. The roles involve supervising the café operations, working on a rota including weekends, early mornings and evenings, ahead of the facility opening in November 2026.

The successful candidates will lead staff, ensure high standards of customer service, maintain food hygiene, manage stock and assist with promotions and administrative tasks as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the new café to ensure excellent customer service.

East Riding Leisure Goole are seeking to recruit 2 x 37 hours Catering Supervisors to join our Catering team, working on a rota basis including weekends, early mornings and evenings. This is an exciting opportunity to join East Riding Leisure Goole at a key point in the development of the new ERL Goole facility, with the new centre due to open in November 2026.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the new café to excellent standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include recruitment and training of staff, ensuring that food hygiene and safety standards are met, stock taking, promotion of special offers and new menus to customers and day to day financial and administrative tasks.

This role is expected to commence from the 5th October 2026 in preparation of the opening of the new facility.
