Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations across venues, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service while leading teams and upholding brand standards.

You will supervise kitchens and service counters, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to high standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
