Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for a part-time role (20 hours per week) across major High Street venues. You will oversee kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food and customer service while supporting and guiding teams to deliver outstanding experiences.

You will hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, bring at least two years of catering experience, and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
