Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Catering Supervisor for a major High Street brand. The role is part time (20 hours per week) and based in Newport, with responsibilities spanning food preparation, team supervision, KPI monitoring, and customer service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of catering experience, a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and strong communication skills to support and train staff while maintaining brand standards.
