Overview

Total Care Recruitment is Hiring – Kitchen Assistants Needed

Location: Daisy Hill Hospital

Pay

• £12.21 per hour (Monday–Friday)
• £17.22 per hour (Saturday)
• £22.89 per hour (Sunday)

We are currently recruiting 2 Kitchen Assistants to join our team at they are still actively recruiting for this role.

These are rota-based roles, so full flexibility is required to work various shifts, Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely
• Restock supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper
• Store and account for all catering stock and equipment in line with Assured Safe Catering standards
• Deliver meals and catering supplies to various areas within the unit promptly and efficiently
• Assist with basic food preparation as directed
• Perform cleaning duties in the kitchen, catering, and servery areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the facility in line with operational standards and statutory regulations

What We Need From You
