Salary: £27,300 p.a. + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card

Territory: CB2, CB5, CB7, CB10, CB24, NN8, NN10, NN15, NN16, NN17, NN18, PE1, PE7, PE15, PE19, SG8, SG18
We seek a focused individual to become a category expert in Electrical, Beauty & Skin Care, to ensure product availability, educate store staff, grow sales, and execute in-store strategies effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to maximize opportunities within your assigned stores.
In this role, you will develop and maintain excellent relationships with store contacts, providing solutions through effective communication. Skills in negotiation and category management will help increase sales and generate positive ROI. Knowledge of retail sectors and category management is desirable.
This role involves regular team meetings, communication with colleagues, and predominantly fieldwork building relationships with retail outlets. Autonomy and self-motivation are important.
