Business Development Manager - North

Type: Permanent

Salary: £30-35K per annum DOE

Additional Compensation: Competitive OTE scheme, £500 per month car allowance

We work with a diverse range of clients, including professional services firms, financial institutions, and public bodies across all sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Joining the team and developing an understanding of the business through training.
  • Building, nurturing, and maximizing solicitor firm relationships via phone, email, and social media across all services.
  • Following strategic plans set out with your line manager to drive lead generation and meet sales targets.
  • Generating new leads from legal clients through technical presentations of our niche services.
  • Managing your own business pipeline to achieve individual targets.

The Ideal Candidate

We understand you may not have all the skills or experience listed below, but we encourage you to apply if you have some:

  • Previous experience in a field-based sales or target-driven role with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, including objection handling.
  • Experience working towards KPIs and objectives.

Additional Details
