You’ve got a good voice, thick skin, and you’re dangerous with a phone in your hand.

This is The Next Wave (TNW Marketing), a fast-growing performance lead-generation agency helping solar companies close more deals through raw cold outreach.

We’re scaling quickly, and we want killers.

The Mission:

Turn cold data into booked meetings with UK business owners.

You're not pitching fluff — you're opening doors for solar companies doing real business.

Your Target:

2–4 qualified meetings booked per day.

No recycled leads. No easy wins. Just straight-up outbound calls.

The Role:

  1. 200–300 cold calls/day to fresh UK data
  2. Book meetings with decision-makers
  3. Log and track activity with precision
  4. Work UK hours (9AM–5PM GMT)
  5. Own your pipeline — and your results
  6. 2–3+ years outbound sales/appointment setting experience
  7. Neutral/clear English accent
  8. Strong opener, confident closer
  9. Competitive, coachable, and obsessed with targets
  10. Driven to grow and earn fast
