Job summary

Serco Leisure is hiring Wait-On Staff at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Newport. You’ll help deliver food and beverage services across events and hospitality settings, contributing to memorable experiences for visitors and athletes.

This flexible, customer-facing role requires a positive, reliable approach, teamwork, and the ability to work weekday evenings and weekends. Salary ranges from £8.00 to £12.71 per hour, with staff benefits and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

• Assist with the setup and preparation of hospitality areas, events, and functions

• Clear and reset dining and event spaces efficiently and safely
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a world-class customer experience
