Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking passionate Complementary Therapists to deliver luxury spa experiences at our Wales location. You will perform a range of treatments to five-star standards, keep treatment rooms pristine, and guide guests with thoughtful product recommendations.

We value guest care, professional communication, and the ability to tailor treatments to each guest's needs, with support from a friendly team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Complementary Therapy or equivalent
• Exceptional guest care and the desire to deliver unrivalled five-star treatment standards
• Ability to create an environment that is peaceful and relaxing for every guest
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Interest in holistic spa treatments and customizing treatments
• Warm, confident, professional communication style
• Immaculate grooming standards and people skills
• Right to live and work in the UK; eligibility evidence required

Responsibilities

• Own your role and perform luxury treatments to high standards
• Maintain stocked, pristine treatment rooms
• Suggest products and treatments to enhance guest spend
• Support the team and cover where needed
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets with commission
• Pursue ongoing skills training through feedback
• Escalate guest concerns to management promptly

Job description

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your role and perform a range of luxury treatments to the highest standards
• Maintain fully stocked and pristine treatment rooms
• Enhance guest spend by providing guest-centric experiences, thoughtful product suggestions and treatment recommendations
• Support your team and stepping in where needed
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets (with commission rewards!)
• Continuously improve your skills through feedback and training
• Ensure any guest concerns are promptly escalated to management

Whether you are newly qualified or already have some experience, if you are passionate about wellness and delivering transformative guest experiences in a luxury spa environment, we would love to hear from you.

Looking for individuals who have

• A VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Complementary Therapy (or equivalent) - however, newly qualified therapists are welcome to apply
• An exceptional understanding of guest care and the desire to deliver unrivalled, five-star treatment standards
• Ability to create an environment that is of pure peace and relaxation for every guest
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A genuine interest in holistic spa treatments, customising treatments based on needs and guest preferences
• A warm, confident, and professional communication style
• Immaculate grooming standards and people skills, able to connect with guests and colleagues at all levels
• The enthusiasm and physical readiness to perform a full day of treatments (with plenty of support and breaks!), All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required as part of the recruitment process, in line with current UK Visas and Immigration regulations.
