Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort Spa in Newport is hiring a Complementary Therapist to deliver luxurious treatments and personalised guest experiences in our acclaimed spa. NVQ Level 3 in Complementary Therapy or equivalent is preferred; newly qualified therapists are welcome.

We value guest care, five-star service, and the ability to create a peaceful, relaxing environment. The role offers a permanent contract, 30 hours over four days, £13.28 per hour, plus benefits, training, on-site parking, and generous

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering luxury, bespoke treatments to guests.
• Maintain fully stocked, pristine treatment rooms.
• Enhance guest spend with thoughtful recommendations and product suggestions.
• Support the team and cover shifts as needed to meet targets.
• Meet daily/ monthly sales targets with commission rewards.
• Continuously develop skills through feedback and training.

We arelooking for individuals who have:
AVTCT NVQ Level 3 in ComplementaryTherapy(or equivalent) – however, newly qualified therapists are welcometo apply
An exceptional understanding of guestcare and the desire to deliver unrivalled, five-star treatment standards
Ability to create an environment thatis of pure peace and relaxation for every guest
A genuine passion for deliveringexceptional guest experiences
A genuine interest in holistic spatreatments, customising treatments based on needs and guest preferences
A warm, confident, and professionalcommunication style
Immaculate grooming standards and peopleskills, able to connect with guests and colleagues at all levels
The enthusiasm and physical readinessto perform a full day of treatments (with plenty of support and breaks!)
