Cranfield Conference Centre Ltd is seeking a casual night operations assistant to support guest care and security during night hours. The role includes patrols, room resets, occasional bar service, and late menu preparation, with reception coverage once trained.

Responsibilities

• Look after guests professionally and warmly, giving a high standard of service and responding to service requests as they arise
• Carry out fire and security patrols of the building through the night
• Help clear and reset meeting rooms when needed
• Serve drinks in the bar after hours on request
• Prepare occasional late-night menu items to standard
• Cover reception duties once trained, including reporting and the night audit
• Clean specified public areas ready for the next day's operations
• Follow food handling and hygiene regulations at all times
• Carry out other reasonable tasks requested by management
