Job summary

Cranfield Conference Centre Ltd is seeking a casual customer service assistant to cover shifts as needed. The role spans food and beverage, conference and events guest care, housekeeping, kitchen and reception with a strong focus on service standards and safety.

Uniform and in-house training are provided, and eligibility to work in the UK is required. Key duties include delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to safety policies, reporting faulty equipment, and supporting management

• Remove faulty equipment from use and report it under the correct procedures.

• Work across departments including food and beverage, guest care for conferences and events, housekeeping, kitchen and reception.

Job description

Casual customer service assistant post at Cranfield Conference Centre Ltd, covering shifts as and when the business needs them. Shifts can fall any day between 06.00 and 23.00, with numbers varying each week, and the centre provides uniform and in-house training. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
