Job summary

Cranfield Conference Centre Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our hospitality team in Cranfield. You will deliver excellent service across events, conferences and day-to-day operations.

Shifts are from 06:00 to 23:00, seven days a week, with training provided and uniform supplied. Eligibility to work in the UK is required; prior hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in some of these areas will be beneficial but full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional customer service is provided at all times
• Comply with Health and Safety Policy at all times
• Remove from use and report any faulty equipment following the correct reporting procedures
• Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team
• Work across multiple departments and areas, including but not confined to: Food & Beverage service, Guest Care Crew – conference & events, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Reception
