Job summary

Cranfield Conference Centre Ltd is seeking a casual customer service assistant to cover shifts as needed. The role spans food and beverage, conference and events guest care, housekeeping, kitchen and reception with a strong focus on service standards and safety.

Uniform and in-house training are provided, and eligibility to work in the UK is required. Key duties include delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to safety policies, reporting faulty equipment, and supporting management

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional standard of customer service at all times.
• Comply with the health and safety policy at all times.
• Remove faulty equipment from use and report it under the correct procedures.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks requested by the management team.
• Work across departments including food and beverage, guest care for conferences and events, housekeeping, kitchen and reception.
