Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to provide excellent service and support the smooth daily operation of our restaurant. You will help prepare for service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a VIP experience.

The role is part-time (20 hours) with an hourly rate of £12.71. Prior food & beverage experience and strong customer service are highly valued, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in food service or quick service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare the restaurant for service, including mise-en-place and cleanliness.
• Greet, seat, and serve guests, ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and manage your station confidently.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and advise guests when needed.
• Follow Micros system procedures and handle billing correctly.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, tidy, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and licensing rules at all times.
• Report guest issues or delays to the supervisor.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Support closing procedures at the end of the shift.
• Maintain security of cash, stock, and Micros key.
• Work in Room Service when required.
• Attend team meetings and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service, including mise-en-place and cleanliness.


• Greet, seat, and serve guests, ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.
