Millennium Hotels in Slough is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver excellent food and beverage service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and support the daily operation ensuring every guest feels valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service, including mise-en-place and cleanliness.
• Greet, seat, and serve guests, ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and manage your station confidently.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu and advise guests when needed.
• Follow Micros system procedures and handle billing correctly.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, tidy, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing rules at all times.
• Report any guest issues, delays, or complaints to the supervisor.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Support closing procedures at the end of the shift.
• Maintain security of cash, stock, and your Micros key.
• Work in Room Service when required.
• Attend team meetings and participate in training.

About the Role
