One Aldwych, a luxury hotel in Covent Garden, London, is seeking a waiter/waitress to join our busy Lobby Bar team. You will deliver exceptional guest service, prepare beverages and support service flow in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

What you will do

• Support the smooth delivery of service by preparing tables, polishing glassware and cutlery, and maintaining high standards of presentation throughout service
• Prepare and serve coffee and tea to established standards, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
• Assist with food running, delivering dishes promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the restaurant
• Support the waiting team with clearing, resetting and replenishing tables throughout service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation across the restaurant and service areas

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar Waiter/Waitress role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant environment.
• Awareness of dietary requirements and food allergies, with knowledge of appropriate handling procedures.
• A friendly and proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate the needs of guests and the team.
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
