Job summary

One Aldwych Limited in London is seeking a passionate Pastry Chef to join our luxury hotel kitchen. You will work with a dedicated pastry team to craft elegant desserts, seasonal creations and pastries, while upholding the hotel’s high standards and craftsmanship.

You’ll follow guidance from senior pastry chefs, develop techniques, and ensure impeccable hygiene and presentation across all pastry outputs. We offer a range of staff benefits and development opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidance from senior pastry chefs to prepare and present pastries, desserts and baked items to established recipes and standards.
• Develop pastry techniques and product knowledge through hands-on preparation, production and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation throughout preparation and service.
