We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, ensuring pristine guest rooms and public areas while delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily worksheets for Floor Housekeepers, Room Attendants, Linen Porters and Public Area Attendants with special daily, weekly and monthly duties.
• Check all vacant and occupied rooms on the assigned floors daily so as to ensure they are supplied, cleaned and presented to the standard of the Hotel
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
