Job summary

The Londoner in London hosts The Stage, a champagne-focused venue delivering breakfast, afternoon tea and a Grand Finale. We seek a Waiter/Waitress with poise to explain the dining concept and guide guests through an elevated service experience.

You will work closely with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure flawless service, manage allergies, and uphold extraordinary hospitality. Excellent English and hospitality passion are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house waiting experience in a high-end food-led operation.
• Impeccable command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Explain the menu and dining concept to guests, checking for allergens.
• Read table needs and serve accordingly to guest preferences.
• Collaborate with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure seamless, exceptional service.
• Monitor satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints, and maintain quality standards.
• Process payments according to company procedures.
• Be proficient with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco and Micros.

We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress for our stand our destination The Stage at The Londoner. This is a champagne bar that serves a Champagne breakfast, Champagne afternoon tea, as well as a Grand Finale of cheese, charcuterie and more.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join the team in The Stage at The Londoner as a Waiter/ess.
• You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain the dining concept to all guests, carefully checking for any allergens.
• You will read the needs of tables and serve them as to their preferences.
• You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
• You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
• You will take payment in accordance with company procedures.
• As a Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with-It applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.

About You:
